Terms of use
Last updated 16 October 2026
This site serves the Boys’ Rite of Passage of PCEA Nanyuki Central Parish, run by the Presbyterian Church Men Fellowship (PCMF). By applying, paying or signing in here you agree to these terms.
Applying
- A parent or guardian applies for their son and declares that the answers are true. A member of the team may fill in the same form for a family who asks for help.
- An application is a request for a place. The committee decides admission and may waitlist or decline an application, with a reason given.
- The medical answers and the parents’ consent are part of the application. The camp’s medical team relies on them.
Paying
- Fees are paid only to the church’s own accounts shown on this site: M-Pesa, the bank Paybill or a bank deposit. Never pay to a personal number.
- The registration fee is non-refundable. The camp charges and what they cover are set by the committee each year and shown on the site.
- A bank or Paybill payment is confirmed by the committee against the church’s statement before it shows as paid.
The team’s accounts
- Accounts are given by the committee. There is no public sign-up. Each person sees only what their role allows.
- Keep your password to yourself. Information about children and families is used only for the programme and kept confidential.
- What each person does is recorded in the boy’s history, and the people above them are told.
The site
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it may be unavailable for short periods. In case of doubt, the committee’s word is final.
